Frequently asked questions
Find answers to common questions about our vehicle inspections and see what to expect with PrimeAuto Inspectors.
Is it a 100% guarantee that my car will work well after your services?
No. An inspection can’t guarantee a perfect car, but it greatly improves reliability and longevity.
What essential information should every customer know before booking a vehicle inspection?
Customers should know an inspection lowers risk but doesn’t guarantee a perfect car. They need to give accurate vehicle details and understand the cost, what’s included, duration, limits, and how it helps avoid costly mistakes.
Do you help with safety certification or registration?
In some situations, yes, and in others, no. It depends on the buyer’s needs and capabilities.
Do you provide a written service report?
Yes. If the client wants a written report, we provide one. If the client wants both an online and a written report, we can do both.
What are the biggest hesitations people have about getting a vehicle inspection, and how can we address them?
"It's too expensive", "The car looks fine to me", "I trust the seller".
Inspection can save thousands by avoiding bad cars and hidden repairs. Many serious problems are invisible without tools and experience. Sellers may not know all problems or may hide issues.
