The purchase of a vehicle and all related decisions are made by the client independently based on the information provided. We are not responsible for hidden defects that cannot be identified as part of a standard visual and diagnostic inspection, as well as for malfunctions that occur after the inspection. Third-party reports (including Carfax, carVertical, and others) are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for their completeness or possible errors. We are not affiliated with sellers, dealers or other third parties and do not receive commissions for car sales. We act solely in the best interests of the client. Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the cost of the service provided. Indirect damages, repair costs, evacuation, or loss of profits are not reimbursable. Payment for the service is made before or on the day of the inspection. A refund is only possible if the service has not actually been provided.
