Terms & Conditions
Our service provides a visual and diagnostic assessment of the vehicle's condition at the time of the inspection. The inspection does not include disassembly of components and assemblies and is not a guarantee or confirmation of the future serviceability, reliability and resource of the vehicle. The inspection results reflect the condition of the vehicle exclusively at the time of inspection. The purchase of a vehicle and all related decisions are made by the client independently based on the information provided. We are not responsible for hidden defects that cannot be identified as part of a standard visual and diagnostic inspection, as well as for malfunctions that occur after the inspection. Third-party reports (including Carfax, carVertical, and others) are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for their completeness or possible errors. We are not affiliated with sellers, dealers or other third parties and do not receive commissions for car sales. We act solely in the best interests of the client. Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the cost of the service provided. Indirect damages, repair costs, evacuation, or loss of profits are not reimbursable. Payment for the service is made before or on the day of the inspection. A refund is only possible if the service has not actually been provided. Using the website, making an application or ordering a service means that the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
